Ingredients

    - 1 Can of chick peas

    - 2 TBSP. of olive oil

    - 1/2 tsp. salt

    - 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

    - 1/4 tsp. red cayenne pepper

    - 1/4 tsp. black pepper

Directions

- Preheat oven to 375.

- Line a baking pan with foil.

- Drain chick peas, and pat dry between paper towels. Remove any loose skins.

- Drop chick peas onto the foiled baking sheet, and drizzle with olive oil.

- Sprinkle your seasonings, and with the palm of your hand, roll the peas around in the oil/seasoning mixture.

- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes (the longer, the crispier), making sure to shake the pan around every 15 minutes or so.

- Enjoy!
