Broccoli Parmesan Meatballs (1 ball)

Ingredients
2 cup Broccoli - Fresh Steamed 0.5 cup Almonds (raw) .5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 2 clove Garlic 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 3 serving Pam - Olive Oil Spray 4 second spray 1 tsp Salt
Directions
oven 350
add almonds on food processor, coarsely ground
remove and add steamed broccoli & pulse until chopped
mince garlic
Add broccoli, parmesan and garlic to almonds
season with salt & pepper to taste
spray muffin tin w pam and form 12 balls each in their own cup
(will try on tray next time)
bake for 20 min or until golden on outside
