0.25 cup Butter, salted0.75 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream0.5 cup Lemon Juice1.0 cup, crushed Graham Crackers, plain, honey, or cinnamon28.0 tbsp Borden Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk16.0 tbsp Bel Gioioso Mascarpone Cheese
Refrigerated. Line a 7" spring form pan with parchment paper.crust: melt butter.add crumbs mis until moist. Press into bottom of pan. Refrigerate. In a bowl or electricity mixer mix cheese 1 minute . add condensed milk mix again till smooth. add cream until sloth while beating add lemon juice. Pour into pan with cracker crumbs. Place in fridge for 4 hours
