Easy lemon cream pie

Ingredients
0.25 cup Butter, salted0.75 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream0.5 cup Lemon Juice1.0 cup, crushed Graham Crackers, plain, honey, or cinnamon28.0 tbsp Borden Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk16.0 tbsp Bel Gioioso Mascarpone Cheese
Directions
Refrigerated. Line a 7" spring form pan with parchment paper.crust: melt butter.add crumbs mis until moist. Press into bottom of pan. Refrigerate. In a bowl or electricity mixer mix cheese 1 minute . add condensed milk mix again till smooth. add cream until sloth while beating add lemon juice. Pour into pan with cracker crumbs. Place in fridge for 4 hours Serving Size: Makes 12 slices
