Ingredients
4 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour (by BABYHUNT) 1 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 4 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Cream of tartar .5 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 tbsp Sunflower Oil (oleic) .5 serving Stevia Extract In The Raw Sugar Substitute [1 packet] .5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Whisk eggs, mix in cream. Whisk in rest of ingredients.
Add 1 tsp butter to frying pan. Pour 1/4 cup of batter. Cook on medium-low until top is almost dry. Flip and cook second side for 2 minutes.
