Ingredients
16 oz 85% Lean Ground Beef Patty - (1) 4 oz.uncooked 1 cup Tomato juice, with salt added 1 slice Bread, white (white bread) 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw .75 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 tsp Curry powder 1 tsp Salt, Sifto Table Salt (by FAREWELLBC) 1 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Mix together. Shape into 4 balls. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
