Ingredients
6.0 cup Mueller's Penne Rigate pasta2.5 cup reggano tomato, basil, & garlic sauce20.0 oz 93% Lean Ground Beef1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw1.5 tsp Garlic0.5 serving Broth, chicken: College Inn, Light & Fat Free, 50% less Sodium, Chicken Broth, 1 cup/serv4.0 serving happy farms low moisture part skim mozzarella cheese3.0 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions
Cook pasta Sauté onions. Add ground beef, and season to taste. Stir in sauce. Add some chicken broth. Combine pasta and sauce, then transfer to baking dish. Top with mozzarella and parmesan. bake until cheese is bubbly and brown
