4 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Rice flour, white 1 cup Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt 5 tsp Purity Farms Organic Ghee / Clarified Butter 1 tsp/5g=1serv

Mix all ingredients except butter. Heat skillet. Use butter to cook.
