Ingredients
2.0 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots, raw2.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw20.0 oz Beef, ground, 80% lean meat / 20% fat, patty, cooked, broiled [hamburger, ground round]0.16 cup Tomato Paste0.16 cup Cornstarch2.0 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce1.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Saute veggies with tomato paste once slightly softened add meat. Once the meat is mostly browned add water and corn starch mixture.
