Creamy Jalapeno Beef Keto

Ingredients
8.0 oz Cream Cheese4.0 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated1.0 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes16.0 oz Lauras Lean Beef Ground Beef 8% fat8.0 tbsp Hellmann's Olive Oil Mayo
Directions
Brown beef, add diced tomatoes and jalepenos. Cook down a few minutes. Lower heat a bit and add cream cheese. When melted mix in mayo. Test for spiciness and adjust up now if needed. Also add salt and pepper to taste. If sauce seems too thin before you bake, mix 1 tsp arrowroot powder with some water until smooth then mix into sauce and let cook for a few minutes longer. Adding arrowroot will add about 1 net carb per serving to the recipe. Top with parmesan cheese and bake at 350until top is lightly browned. Serving Size: Split into 4 servings
