Unohoo's Easy Brown Rice Pudding

Ingredients
2 cups cooked brown rice1 cup skim/nonfat milk2 tbsp fat free sugar free pudding (any flavor)
Directions
In a medium saucepan add rice, milk, & pudding and spice. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes. Serve warm with a dollop of low fat whipped cream (optional).

    I submitted this last night when I was tired and I just realized I forgot an important ingrediant. I used S/F,F/F Cheesecake flavored pudding last night and added 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice. It really is fast and yummy. Try Chocolate pudding with cinnamon !!
