1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 serving Egg white, large .5 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 1 tbsp Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt .5 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened)
mix egg and egg white with cocoa powder. Fry in lightly greased cast iron pan till set. Dab Tbsp of peanut butter over and add a few blueberries. Fold and serve over the rest of the berries.
