Ingredients
3 cup, chopped Kale 2 cup Natura Soy Milk - Vanilla 3 cup, thawed Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened 3 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 140 gram(s) Din Ho Soft Tofu Water to preference
Directions
Put kale and milk together in the blender and blend until smooth. Then add the other ingredients, starting with the tofu, and blend until desired texture is obtained.
