1 serving Avacodo, Haas, whole large 1 serving Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple .25 cup, diced Celery, raw 0.25 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 2 tbsp Parsley 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil .5 tsp Garlic powder 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black
In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, parsley, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Combine all the remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
Toss gently until everything is well coated.
Serve as a salad or wrapped in lettuce leaves.
