Ingredients
3 serving 1 Egg- large, fresh .125 tsp Cream Of Tartar 3 tbsp Cream Cheese
Directions
Separate yolks in separate bowl
whip whites w/ 1/8 tsp of cream of tartar
whip egg yolks w/ 3tsp of cream cheese to uniform consistency
fold whipped whites into whipped yolks

pour in 5" circles on baking tray and bake at 300F for 30 mins
1hr to cool
