2 cup Granulated Sugar .5 cup Milk, 1% 1 cup Butter, unsalted .5 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 2 cup dry Oatmeal (plain) 3 tbsp JIF creamy peanut butter .5 cup Pistachio Nuts .5 cup, packed Raisins, golden seedless
1. Melt butter, cocoa, milk and sugar. Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes
2. Whisk peanut butter until smooth
3. Fold in remaining ingredients and drop with 1.5 oz scoop on greased wax paper till coo
