Black Bean Meatloaf

Ingredients
18 oz Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin 4 oz Carrots Petite (Carrot Company), chopped .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 cup Bush's, Black Beans (1 can drained & rinsed) pureed 2 slice Bread, wheat, diced1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Coriander powder 1 tsp Cumin powder1 dash Pepper, black .5 tsp Salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 375.
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and transfer to a loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour. Serve with your favorite sides.
