2 breast, bone removed Chicken Breast, with skin 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tsp Ginger Root 1 tbsp Curry powder 2 clove Garlic 1.5 cup Pureed Tomatoes .25 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 2 tbsp Olive Oil 8 tbsp Evaporated Milk, Fat Free Milk Carnation
cut chicken into bite sized pieces
brown in olive oil
add onion, ginger, and garlic.
stir and cook until onions start to become translucent
add pureed tomatoes, curry powder, and cayenne.
cook until it begins to thicken then add half a cup of fat free evaporated milk.
serve with rice or naan, not in calculation
