Apricot-balsamic glazed chicken breasts

Ingredients
4 serving Chicken-Perdue Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, 4oz 0.65 tbsp Butter, unsalted 2 tbsp Preserves - Smucker's Apricot Jam 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 1/2 tsp rosemary1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
Directions
Preheat oven 375 Place breasts on lightly sprayed, foil-lined baking sheet. Bake in oven @ 20 minutes until cooked through. Meanwhile in small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add jam, vinegar, and seasonings. Stir to combine. Simmer 3-5 minutes. Set aside and keep warm. Remove cooked breasts from oven. Brush both sides with glaze. Return glazed breasts to baking sheet and place under broiler for 1-2 minutes to carmelize. Serve breasts with additional glaze on the side or spooned on top.
