1. Beat eggs, salt and pepper to taste
2. Heat pan
3. Pour eggs in pan
4. Let cook about 2 mins, swirl around, cook another 2 mins, flip omelette
5. Cook 2 mins, add cheese, fold omelette over
6. Cook another 2 mins, remove from heat
