3 large eggs1/4 cup 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
1. Beat eggs, salt and pepper to taste 2. Heat pan 3. Pour eggs in pan 4. Let cook about 2 mins, swirl around, cook another 2 mins, flip omelette 5. Cook 2 mins, add cheese, fold omelette over 6. Cook another 2 mins, remove from heat

    I cook this in a non-stick pan to avoid the added cholesterol of cooking oil. I figure if I'm going to suffer the cholesterol it better be for a good reason! LOL! I love starting the day with this simple, homey breakfast. - 3/5/19
