Turnips au Gratin

2 small Turnips 1 medium Turnips 1/2 medium onion, diced 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted 2 1/2 cup Cheese- Lucerne Tex Mex 3 Cheese blend 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream 1/2 cup Campbell's low sodium chicken broth 4 tbsp kraft 100% parmesan grated cheese light
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Slice turnips very thinly, place in 8x8 glass baking dish
Saute onions in butter, add broth, add cream when boiling, reduce heat and stir in shredded cheese
Pour sauce over turnips.
Bake, uncovered, 1-1.5 hours until turnips soft.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese over casserole and bake an additional 15-20 min.
