Avocado Chicken Salad

Ingredients
12 oz Rotisserie Chicken (no skin), cubed1 Avocado (Haas), mashed3 Hard Boiled Egg Whites, chopped1/2 cup Grapes, quartered10-15 Almonds, raw, chopped1 Lime, juice and zest1 Tbsp Ground TurmericChopped fresh cilantro
Directions
- Mash avocado and lime juice in bottom of bowl
- Add chicken, egg whites, almonds and grapes - fold gently
- Add lime zest, cilantro and turmeric until incorporated
- Chill for 30 minutes or until ready to serve
- Top with more chopped cilantro and lime zest
