Roasted Edamame DMC

Ingredients
2.5 cup seasons choice steamed shelled edamame (by JENNYHULLETT) , 1- 16 oz. bag4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil .25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated .5 tsp Garlic powder .5 tsp Salt .25 tsp Pepper, black .5 tbsp Parsley, dried
Directions
Thaw edamame in refrigerator over night. Line jelly roll pan with foil and spray with cooking spray. Pour edamame onto tray. Add oil, garlic, parmesan, salt, pepper and parsley. Toss to coat. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes. Cool. Refrigerate.
