black beans and brown rice

Ingredients
2 cans black beans1tbsp olive oil1 small onion, chopped1 tsp cumin1tsp thyme1tsp ground mustard1 tbsp crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
in saucepan saute onions and garlic in olive oil until just tender. Add spices and stir. Add to this 2 cans of black beans. Let simmer for 10-15 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve over 1/2 cup brown rice and enjoy!
