Chickpea "Cookie Dough" Balls

Ingredients
1.5 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)3.0 tbsp Maple Syrup2.0 tbsp Skippy Natural Creamy Peanut Butter1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground0.25 tsp Salt3.0 tbsp Chocolate chips, Hershey's milk chocolate
Directions
Roast chickpeas at 400 degrees in oven then blend all ingredients, except chocolate chips, together in food processor. Then mix in chocolate chips, roll them into balls and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.
