BLT Salad with Crostini

Ingredients
3 tbsp fat free mayonnaise2 tbsp milk1.5 tbsp chopped oil-packed dried tomatoes, drained1 garlic clove, minced6 thin slices baugette-style French bread4 cups torn mixed salad greens2 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped1/2 of a small cucumber, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced1 oz cubed mozzarella cheese4 slices turkey bacon, cooked crisp, drained and crumbled
Directions
For dressing, in a blender or food processor, combine mayonnaise, milk, dried tomatoes and garlic. Cover and blend or process until tomatoes and garlic are finely chopped. Set aside.

Place bread slices on a baking sheet. Bake at 450 for about 5 minutes or until toasted. Turn slices over; spread with some of the dressing. Bake 3 minutes more; set aside.

Meanwhile, in a large bowl, toss together salad greens, chopped tomato, cucumber, cheese and bacon. Drizzle with dressing; toss lightly to coat. Serve with toasted bread slices. Serve in tall frosted mugs for a unique presentation.
