Pigs in a Blanket w/ Hoffy Hot dogs

Ingredients
2 cup Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched 2.5 tsp Baking Powder 0.5 tsp Salt .33 cup Butter, salted .75 cup Milk, 1% 10 serving Hoffy's Extra Lean Hot Dogs, 1 Hot Dog (by KIDDETERNITY)
Preheat oven to 475 degrees F
Stir together flour, baking powder, and salt
Cut in butter until it is like coarse crumbs
Make a well in the center and add milk all at once
Stir together until dough pulls away from sides
On a floured surface, lightly need dough for 30 seconds
Lightly roll dough to about 3/4 inch thick
Cut dough into 10 equal strips
Wrap a strip around each hot dog and place on a cookie sheet
Cook 11 to 15 minutes
Serving Size: Makes 10 pigs in a blanket
