Moore Family Sugar Cookies

1 cup Butter, salted 2 cup Granulated Sugar 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Canola Oil Pinch of salt1 tsp McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract (by LMDAY7) 5 cup Flour all purpose (Gold Medal, bleached, enriched) (by MRSETERRELL) 2 tsp Baking Soda 2 tsp Cream of tartar
Cream softened butter w/sugar.
Add next four ingredients to mixture.
Sift flour, baking soda, and cream of tartar.
Add flour to mixture a little at a time.
Roll into balls and press with a glass to flatten.
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 12 minutes.
Serving Size: 3 cookies (approximately 2inches in size)
