2.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw0.5 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber (with peel)1.0 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz)1.0 dash Salt0.5 fruit without seeds Lemons
Directions
Cut all the vegetables and had some salt and lemon and nix together. Enjoy with a little spice from chillies or fresh ground black pepper.
