* Raspberries, 10 raspberries * Yoplait Light Yogurt, Strawberry, 6 oz * 8th Continent Fat Free Soy Milk-vanilla, 1 cup * Milk, nonfat, 1 cup * 8 ice cubes * Kretschmer Wheat Germ, 1 Tbsp
Place the ice cubes in the bottom of a blender. Next, add the raspberries, yogurt, and wheat germ. Finally, add the soy milk and skim milk. Blend together until smooth, then pour into two equal cups.

One cup can be frozen for later use. Simply defrost the cup of smoothie for 2-3 minutes. Then place back in the blender. You may need to add a little more milk to get a smooth consistency.
