Banana Muffins

Ingredients
2 egg whites1/4 c water1/4 c unsweetened applesauce1 c mashed banana1 3/4 c brown rice flour2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Divide batter into 12 muffin cups. Bake at 425 degrees for 17-20 minutes.

    These were not so good. I even changed it up a little by adding vanilla extract, walnuts and non-fat milk instead of water. They were 124 cals opposed to 105.
