surimi salad

Ingredients
Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 0.5 head, small Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)Cucumber (with peel), 1 cucumber (8-1/4")Parsley, 5 sprigsDill weed, fresh, 3 sprigsSurimi, 125 gramsOil and Vinegar Salad Dressing, 1 tbspSalt, 1 dashGarlic powder, 0.5 tsp
Directions
Makes 1 3-cup serving:
Chop lettuce as thick sheets. Chop and add tomatoes. Slice cucumber with peel and add them. Pluck a few leaves of parsley and dill. Chop the remaining parsley and dill as tiny as possible and sprinkle them over the mixture. Mix salt and garlic powder with oil and vinegar. Sprinkle it over the salad. Stir to make sure the dressing spreads all over. Cut each surimi stick into two and arrange them on the salad. Decorate with parsley and dill leaves.
