Low Carb Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream

226 grams Low fat cream cheese 8 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream .50 cup Half and Half Cream 1 wedge yields Lemon Juice 2 cup, halves Strawberries, fresh 0.25 gram Wholesome Organic Stevia (by ROMI1984)
Blend strawberries, 2 TBSP Stevia, Lemon Juice from wedge of lemon in blender.
In separate mixing bowl, whip cream cheese, half and half and whipping cream and rest of stevia until fluffy.
Spread cream cheese mixture in loaf pan or container and swirl in fruit mixture. Freeze until firm and enjoy!
Side note, can add a 1/2 to tsp of vodka to avoid ice forming.
Feel free to add more or less sweetener. My berries were perfect for this amount.
Serving Size: 1/2 cup
