15 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 serving Whole Artichoke Hearts in water 1 package (10 oz) yields Spinach, frozen 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw .5 cup 2 % KROGER MILK REDUCED FAT 1.5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese

mix and bake at 300 for 45 minutes
