Ooh la la granola / muesli

Ingredients
90 Sunflower Seeds, without salt 350 Almonds 1 cup Pumpkin seeds 10 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill) 3 1tsp Coconut Oil 2 tbsp Honey 5 cup Oats, Quaker
Directions
Warm a large frying pan over medium head. Add 1/2 tbsp coconut oil and once melted add the nuts and seeds. Toast stirring constantly so they don't burn. When they smell lovely and toasted, transfer into a deep glass bowls. Add 1tbsp of organic honey and stir whilst the nuts are still warm, to coat all the nuts. Now put 1/2 tbsp coconut oil in the same pan, and once melted add the oats and unsweetened shredded coconut (dessicated coconut) and toast, stirring constantly. When the coconut is light gold, transfer to the bowl and mix thoroughly. Allow it to cool, then serve. I like it with added hemp seeds, chia seeds and fresh blueberries either with live plain yoghurt or oat milk.
