74.0 gram(s) frozen corn, Birdseye Super Sweet Corn1.0 cup Beans, pinto1.0 cup Beans, great northern0.5 tsp Paprika0.5 dash Pepper, black1.0 tbsp Garlic powder1.0 can (10.75 oz) Tomato Soup0.5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw2.0 cup, diced Celery, raw1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil2.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw2.5 cup rotes diced tomatoes & green chilies0.25 tsp Morton coarse kosher salt4.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap32.0 oz Ground beef, lean1.0 cup rice, uncle bens ready whole grain medley brown and wild rice
1.Combine all the vegetables and stew them at a simmer for one hour
2. Hydrate the beans with a pressure cooker
3. Brown the ground beef (drain) then season
4. Combine beef with vegetable stew
5. Add beens to stew/beef mixture
6. Place in crock for 4 hours
7. Serve with rice on the side
