Avocado Tuna Bites

Ingredients
10 oz Albacore Tuna Fish in Water .25 cup Coconut Oil 1.1 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 0.25 cup Kraft Shredded Parmesan Cheese Natural Cheese 1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 4 tbsp Hellmann's Mayonaise 1 tsp Onion powder 1 tsp Garlic powder
Directions
Add Tuna and all ingredients except coconut oil and avoicad into a bowl and mix.

Add the avocado into the bowl and fold into the tuna.

Form into balls and roll in almond flour

Over medium heat, melt coconut oil. Once the oil is hot, fry the balls until brown.

Serving Size: Twelve 1.5" balls (approx)
