8 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 260 serving Roland Whole Artichoke Hearts Canned .8 package (10 oz) yields Spinach, frozen 4 oz Kroger whole milk vitamin D 4 oz Cheddar Cheese
grease a casserole dish, place chopped artichoke hearts and spinach. Mix milk and eggs, pour over artichokes and spinach, top with cheddar cheese. Cooke in instant pot for 10 minutes.
