4 tbsp yucca Starch (Goya)1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.25 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese 1 dash Salt
Directions
Mix everything together. Pour the mix in a hot skillet. Wait to cook one side and flip to another side. Remove from the heat.
Time: 5 to 6 minutes to cook/
