Low calorie pumpkin muffins

Ingredients
2/3 c. dry powdered milk6 Tbsp flour1 tsp baking soda1 tsp pumpkin pie or allspice1/2 c. grated carrots (1 medium)2 eggs1 c. canned pumpkin12 tsp Splenda for baking1 tsp sugar1 tsp vanilla4 tbsp raisins
Directions
Combine dry ingredients. Mix other ingredients and fold into dry mixture. Mix well. Spray
mini-muffin tins with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min

Makes 24 mini-muffins.
