8.0 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream2.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw2.0 tsp Bacon grease2.0 serving Broth, chicken: College Inn, Light & Fat Free, 50% less Sodium, Chicken Broth, 1 cup/serv
Directions
Cook onion and mushrooms in bacon grease. Add 1/4 chicken stock stir. Blend in food processor. Add back to pan. Add remaining broth. Simmer 10 min. Add heavy cream cook 5 mins. Salt and pepper to taste Serving Size: 4
