Stuffed peppers

Ingredients
3.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw14.0 oz Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled1.0 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese2.0 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added9.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper3.0 cup Wild rice
Directions
Cook ground beef, add mushrooms, onions, tomatoes Cook rice per package and add to meat mixture Heat oven to 350. Prebake bell peppers for 10 minutes. Remove from oven, cut off tops and remove seeds and ribs. Stuff with meat mixture and return to oven to 15-20 minutes. Remove and top with cheese. Serving Size: 6 stuffed peppers
