16 oz Ground beef 4 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 1 tsp Black Pepper (Ground) 3 serving Garlic - minced (1 tsp) 3 serving Marinade - Alegra - Original - 10Cal/1Tablespoon 1.50 tsp Lawrys Seasoned Salts 2 tbsp BBQ Sauce - Kraft Spicy Honey BBQ Sauce 3 serving Bacon, John Morrell, Hardwood Smoked Bacon (2 slices/17g) 4 serving Kroger Aged Sharp White Cheddar sliced cheese
Place meat and all dry spices together in bowl plus minced garlic and Worcestershire sauce with allegro sauce and mix very well. When mixed separate into eight equal sized balls of meat and roll into little spheres. When rounded take one slice of bacon and cut in half, then wrap the bacon around patty one way then take other half slice and wrap it again the other way around with seams down. Wrap all other patties the same way, then place them on a wire rack or broiler pan with a drip pan or tray beneath. Press each patty to flatten it a bit without having it come out of the sides were its bacon wrapped. Place then in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up before cooking.
Pre heat oven to 375F for softer bacon or 400F for crisp bacon. Brush tops and sides with BBQ sauce before you place them into preheated oven and bake about 30 to 35 minutes.
When done place a quarter cheese slice on top to melt. Burgers should be hot enough to melt the cheese or place rack back into oven until cheese melts on top.
Place on patty each onto slider bun and enjoy.
