• 2 pounds 93% lean ground beef • 1-cup wheat bran• 4-tsp mustard• 2-eggs, beaten • 1-cup ketchup• 2-tbsp worcestershire sauce• 1/2-cup chopped onion • 1-teaspoon seasoned salt of your choice• 1/2-teaspoon pepper
(1) Combine ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Let sit in the refrigerator for an hour or so to meld the flavors together.
(2) Shape into twelve patties (about 3-oz each?).
(3) Grill until burgers reach desired doneness.
(4) Serve on buns with lettuce and tomato if desired.
