4 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour (by BABYHUNT) 5 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1.25 cup Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk .5 tsp Baking Powder Fresh BasilFresh Rosemary or Fresh Oregeno. Fresh Garlic
Mix all ingredients in a blender. Let sit for 5 minutes for coconut flour to thicken slightly. Heat a non stick skillet on medium heat. Greece pan with coconut oil. Pour batter (slightly thicker than milk) into 1/4 cup and pour in skillet. Cook about 3-5 min on first side, flip and cook 2nd side for 3-5 minutes. Place in a tea towel in fridge and eat as needed.
