1 cup Spinach, fresh 0.3 cup Blueberries, fresh 4 medium (1-1/4" dia) Strawberries, fresh 0.5 serving Hass Avocado Fresh (1/2 of Avocado) 12 grams Walnuts .25 cup, sliced Onions, raw 0.5 cup Chicken Breast - Grilled, Perdue Short Cuts 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 0.25 tbsp white vinager (by WEEDENMJ) 0.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 0.25 clove Garlic 0.12 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Splenda
Directions
Chop all vegetables and fruit . Mix ingredients from salt down in container poor in dressing.
