Mix in a bowl sesame oil , Sriracha ,soy sauce and brown sugar save for last
Sautee in oil garlic , ginger.celery
then add ground turkey

add all the chopped veggies cook stirring toss for 5 min the add the sauce and cook until cabbage is tender the add the almonds
