French Toast

Ingredients
1 serving whole wheat and honey great value bread 1 serving Egg white, large .25 tsp Cinnamon, ground .25 tsp Granulated Sugar .25 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
Directions
Crack egg, remove yolk. Put egg white in bowl. Save yolk for other recipes. Use a fork or small whisk and beat egg white for a few seconds. Add milk, sugar and cinnamon. Stir. Place bread in mixture, turn to other side. Place in hot non stick pan. Cook for a few minutes on medium heat. Remove and put on platae. Add honey or light syrup to taste.
