1 can Yellow Sweet Corn, drained1 cup Rice, Kraft Minute Whole Grain Brown Rice, dry (makes 2 cups when cooked)1 packet Taco Seasoning1 can Black Beans 1 large can Diced Tomatoes1 lb Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef
Directions
Cook ground beef Prepare instant rice according to package Add all other ingredients and heat through May use to stuff peppers or over lettuce Try with any of these toppings: cheddar cheese, sour cream, cilantro, salsa, avocado Serving Size: Makes 4 large servings
