Sherri's homemade chicken fried rice

Ingredients
2 cup Brown Rice, long grain 2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 cup, grated Carrots, raw 2 tbsp Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Make rice as usual, set aside. Warm 1 tbsp olive oil to pan, fry chicken. Set chicken aside. Fry 2 eggs, chopping into fine pieces, mix w/ chicken. Add 2 tbsp olive oil to pan chicken was cooked in. Add in rice, carrots and soy sauce. Stir well, fry until rice becomes crispy. Mix rice, chicken and eggs together, stirring well until each serving has suitable chicken.
