Fried cabbage with bacon &onion

Ingredients
6.0 medium slices, cooked (raw product packed 20/lb) Bacon, pork, microwaved1.0 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) Cabbage, fresh1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Cut bacon crossways and fry with onion. Remove from pan. Add cabbage to pan with bacon fat. Cook for several minutes. Add water, put lid on and steam until tender, remove lid continue cooking until lightly browned. Stir bacon and onion back in. Cook for a few more minutes. Serving Size: 1/2 of recipe
